Reform Pilates
Reform Pilates was established in 2015 and remains as one of the few studios in Toronto that practices the classical methods of Pilates, founded by Joseph Pilates. Our Pilates classes are designed for those looking to experience a challenging yet fun workout. Learn to move with control, create a strong MindBody connection and keep your spine strong and healthy.
New clients, even those with Pilates experience, are strongly encouraged to book an Intro Session (discounted) prior to joining a group class. This will give us the opportunity to get to know you, let you experience the equipment, and give you the lay of the land.

Why Pilates?
Pilates is a safe and effective workout for everyone, including those recovering from an injury, pregnant and postnatal, as well as elders.
The slow and low-impact movements will have you breaking a sweat and your heart rate pumping; all while protecting the joints and muscle groups.
Why Classical Pilates?
Classical pilates refers to the traditional sequence of movements designed by the originator of Pilates, circa the 1970s, with the purpose of achieving complete coordination of body, mind, and soul.
The method incorporates more than 500 controlled movements. Since then, Pilates has become one of the most popular workout methods globally.
